Terms of Use
By using Birvera you accept these terms. We have kept them short and plain.
The app and copyright
The Birvera app and the software it contains are protected by copyright. You may use the app for personal use or for your own work.
What is not allowed
Except to the extent mandatory law allows it, you may not reverse engineer the app, try to extract its source code, distribute modified copies, or unlock paid features without permission.
Your content
The cards you make, the audio you record and the details you write are your own content, and you are responsible for it. Get any permission you need before including someone else’s voice, photo or information. Do not use the app to make content that is unlawful, harms others or is abusive.
Emergency card
The emergency card does not replace the emergency number (112) and has no connection to any official body. In an emergency, call 112 first.
Provided as is
The app is provided “as is”. Whether a card can be read depends on the print, the light and the paper, and we cannot guarantee that it will be read in every condition. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those stores’ terms. For the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) applies.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date below.
